We offer both copay and high deductible medical plans with access to a broad network of providers to fit your needs, as well as vision and dental. FAMILY BENEFITS
AT DSST, we value you AND your family. In addition to paid leave, we offer fertility benefits & adoption reimbursement, pet insurance, and lottery priority for admission to DSST Public Schools (for children entering grades 6-12).
PAID LEAVE
We offer up to 6 weeks of paid leave from Day 1 of employment and additional paid parental time off. Additionally, DSST employees may choose to opt-in to the Colorado FAMLI Program.
TIME OFF

EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS
RETIREMENT PLANNING
At DSST, we are unique in that we offer two different retirement plans depending on campus location. Staff at our DSST Aurora Science and Tech campus participate in the state teacher pension plan, PERA, while all other locations participate in a traditional 401k plan.

Employees receive laptop computers, dedicated campus tech support, weekly one-on-one coaching, and differentiated professional development.

All DSST team members have access to no-cost virtual counseling sessions with Keyaisha Thomas, an on-staff mental health counselor.
